While finishing her PhD in genetics, Brittany launched the first nationwide DNA-based dating app in the U.S., Pheramor. She then joined as the Senior Venture Associate at Capital Factory and grew their portfolio by 205%, leading due-diligence on several successful investments. Brittany is the founding partner and emerging fund manager at Coyote Ventures, an early-stage femtech investment firm.
She is an expert at fundraising and VC capital, and during her masterclass, she’ll be debunking many myths and facts that surround raising capital as a female founder.

Lauren is the cofounder and CEO of Fundr, a platform that automates and removes bias from seed investing by creating portfolios of AI-vetted startups.
Lauren also cofounded Black Women Talk Tech, the largest membership organization and only conference for black women founders and KeepUp, a social listening platform. Her companies have won multiple awards including the world’s largest pitch competition, 43North and the Advanced Imaging Society’s Distinguished Leadership Award. She has been featured in The New York Times, Elle, Inc and Black Enterprise and has been listed as a top female entrepreneur in Essence Magazine, Entrepreneur Magazine and CIO Magazine among others.

Gino Perrotte is an award-winning Human Communication consultant, instructor, speaker and coach. For the past decade, his professional career has been dedicated to helping others grow creative potential, increase perspective-taking abilities, and enhance human connections through improved soft skills. He is a published author, well-known professor and interpersonal communications expert, public speaking coach, and an expert in gender studies.
Chenny is an experience designer, technologist, and serial entrepreneur. She’s played a leadership role at multiple design consultancies for over a decade before deciding to focus on one big, hairy challenge: creating a more equitable healthcare system through decolonization.
Her current venture, Gotcare, scaled to become a business generating 7-digit revenues within their first year. Her projects have received numerous international awards, including Best of CES and the Consumer Electronics Association Innovation Award. Chenny has also been awarded funding from SheEO and has been named one of Canada’s Next 36 Leaders.
In her spare time, she works on DIY home renovation projects, hosts leadership retreats and community circles, and experiments with intercultural cooking. Her friends often call her an “energizer bunny” – if you come to her excited about an opportunity, she’ll likely be just as excited as you are by the end of the conversation.
Chenny will be talking with our members and sharing everything she has learned about growing and building her million+ business, GotCare. She’ll also be mentoring our members live on their businesses and answer all of their questions about building and scaling businesses.
